PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position detection system allowing a user to correctly recognize the user's positioning floor from neighboring floors.SOLUTION: The position detection system includes a tag carried by a user, which stores a piece of floor ID information when the user passes a radio wave range of a tag reader disposed adjacent to a door. After that, when the user moves out of the radio wave range of a tag reader dispose on a ceiling, and even when a radio wave reaches from a tag reader disposed on a ceiling of a neighboring floor, since the floor ID information is different from the user's ID information, the user's ID information is not transmitted. The user's ID information is transmitted to a tag reader disposed on the floor, which has the identical floor ID information stored in the tag. |
