摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an underground water utilization system in which cooling or heating can be carried out by taking a constant underground heat in an underground constant temperature layer 20 that is stable annually into stored water of a water reservoir 26-1 and in winter season, solar heat can be added to the underground water heat by taking the constant underground heat of the underground constant temperature layer 20 to the water reservoir 26-1 under heat balance.SOLUTION: An underground water utilizing system of this invention is used for a building cooling or heating system under an arrangement that the underground heat in the underground constant temperature layer 20 is taken into a water reservoir and both the underground water heat and the solar heat are utilized. The water reservoir 26-1 whose bottom surface is contacted with the underground constant temperature layer 20 is set to make the underground heat into heat balanced condition under utilization of roof rain water 57 so as to enable a constant temperature, a stable requisite amount of water, water quality, water temperature to be assured, the constant water temperature is heat exchanged by a heat exchanger 18 in a heat exchanging room to get cooling in summer season, and in turn in the winter season, solar heat through a solar heat hot water heater 17 and heating by a boiler 59 can be heat exchanged by the heat exchanger 18 to enable a heating operation to be carried out.</p>
