<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently present a solution to a user.SOLUTION: A document preparation support apparatus includes a first storage section, a first acquisition section, a first search section, a second storage section, a second search section, and a control section. The first storage section stores multiple pieces of first environment information on surrounding environments and situation description sentences for describing surrounding situations, in association with each other. The first acquisition section acquires second environment information on a surrounding environment to be processed. The first search section searches for similar environment information which is the first environment information having a similarity, which is equal to or larger than a first threshold, to the second environment information, to obtain a situation description sentence corresponding to the similar environment information. The second storage section stores problem expressions and one or more solutions of the problem expressions, in association with each other. The second search section searches for a similar problem expression which is a problem expression having a similarity, which is equal to or larger than a second threshold, to the situation description sentence, to obtain one or more solutions for the similar problem expression. The control section controls interactions with a user by use of the one or more solutions obtained.</p> |
