PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device package which can realize a thin profile and can improve luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: A light emitting device package includes: a body with a cavity opened in a first direction; a first electrode positioned at least partly in the cavity and including a first projection portion which projects in the first direction; a second electrode positioned at least partly in the cavity and including a second projection portion which projects in the first direction; a light emitting device positioned atop the first projection portion and the second projection portion; and a bump which electrically connects the light emitting device to the first projection portion and the second projection portion.
