摘要 This wind power generation device is provided with: a sensor which detects the amount of light transmitted through a lubricating oil supplied to a gear box inside a nacelle; and a monitoring device which monitors the state of the lubricating oil on the basis of the output of the sensor. The monitoring device calculates (S10), as the normal-operation standard deviation (σnormal), the standard deviation of the sensor output values during normal operation in which foreign matter is not included in the lubricating oil, generates (S11), as an abnormality-determination threshold value (σsh), a value obtained by multiplying, by a real number, the calculated normal-operation standard deviation (σnormal), and stores (S12) the generated threshold value (σsh). The monitoring device determines whether foreign matter is included in the lubricating oil, on the basis of the result of comparing the threshold value (σsh) and the standard deviation (σ) of the sensor output values.
