The present invention relates to a laser radar apparatus. According to the present invention, the laser radar apparatus comprises: a light sending part which outputs laser pulses using a light source; a light receiving part which receives laser pulse reflected in response to laser pulses; and a control part which controls laser pulse repetition rate of the light source, wherein the control part controls laser pulse repetition rate based on at least one of receiving power, target distance, moving speed, vertical angle and radiation angle.
