The method of utilisation of heat of the heat power plant (HPP) includes the supply of heating performance steam from the steam turbine extractions into the steam space of the upper and lower system heaters, supply of system water along the return system water pipeline into the lower and upper heat exchanger coolers and into the supply water pipeline, and the spent steam is pumped from the steam turbine into steam space of the condenser for condensing on the surface of condenser tubes, the condensate is pumped into the regeneration system. In the steam turbine the oil supply system with the oil cooler of steam turbine bearings is used, and at vapour condensation the utilisation of waste low-potential heat energy of steam spent in the turbine by means of cooling liquid is performed. In the heat power plant in addition the heat exchanger cooler of system water is used and the utilisation of low-grade heat of oil supply system of bearings, and also utilisation of low-grade heat of the return system water are performed, while the utilisation of waste low-potential heat energy of the spent steam, low-grade heat of oil supply system and low-grade heat of the return system water are performed by means of the heat engine with the closed circulation circuit, operating according to Renkin organic cycle using the low-boiling working body, while it is compressed it in the condensate pump, heated in the heat exchanger recuperator, heated and evaporated in the steam turbine condenser, heated in the oil cooler, in the heat exchanger cooler of system water, expanded in the turbine expander, its temperature is decreased in the heat exchanger recuperator and it is condensed in the heat exchanger condenser.EFFECT: increase of efficiency of heat power plant and decrease of heat emissions into environment.3 cl, 1 dwg
