The system contains power module comprising batteries, inventor with charger, process Instruments being transmitters and signal transducers, microprocessor controller connected by inputs with process Instruments, and by output with drive of the pressure difference device. The system is provided with centrifugal pump, work fluid pipeline and hydro-electric turbine. The hydraulic turbine and the centrifugal pump are connected with possibility of disconnection at critical load, and are located in common frame secured on the main pipeline. The work fluid pipeline is connected with output of the centrifugal pump, and with input of the hydro-electric turbine located in the power module.
