PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate film for laminated glass which can provide laminated glass capable of suppressing occurrence of foam and growth of the foam, and to provide a multilayer intermediate film for laminated glass using the intermediate film.SOLUTION: The intermediate film for laminated glass 2 and 21 comprises a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer. The intermediate film for laminated glass 2 and 21 has a maximum tan δ value of 1.00 or less at 200°C and an angular frequency ω of 10≤ω≤10. The multilayer intermediate film for laminated glass 1 comprises a first intermediate film for laminated glass 2 and a second intermediate film for laminated glass 3 which is laminated on a first surface 2a of the first intermediate film for laminated glass 2 and comprises a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer.
