PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body Tsunami measure building having a sealed air space of a floating body member, having a height of 4-15 meters, as a structure essential for a buoyant force of the Tsunami measure floating body building, capable of preventing flooding of a floating body building by a tidal wave, and suppressing a vertical motion by Tsunami, and settable to a prescribed weight.SOLUTION: A Tsunami measure marine floating body building or a Tsunami measure offshore floating body building is such that: a buoyant force of a floating body member supports a weight of the Tsunami measure floating body building which includes: the floating body member (for instance, a floating body box body, a floating body hollow box body, a floating body hollow bag body or a floating body hollow film body) having a sealed air space with a height of 4-15 meters on the upper part, and including sea water or fresh water for moving downward a centroid on the bottom; and an upper floating body structure having an upper end part contact part contacting the upper end part of the floating body member on the upper part of the floating body member, and an upper structure on the upper part of the upper end part contact part, and having a lower penetration tube including a vertical opening to a fixed depth in the sea, penetrated with the outer periphery of the floating body member. |
