PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll collection device and a toll collection system capable of reducing the number of vehicles time-consuming for receiving a time-zone discount.SOLUTION: The toll collection device includes: a communication section; an addition determination processing section; and a settlement section. The communication section receives pass-information which represents that a vehicle has passed through a parking area provided in a toll road from an on-vehicle unit mounted on a vehicle. The addition determination processing section changes the time zone available for time zone discount according to the parking area represented by the pass-information. The settlement section performs settlement processing of the charge for use of the toll road on the basis of the determination result. |
