<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the high accuracy of a command decoder of a semiconductor device.SOLUTION: A first decode circuit 50 of a semiconductor device 10 includes: a plurality of input terminals that receive a plurality of internal command signals, respectively; a plurality of output terminals that correspond to the plurality of input terminals, respectively; and latch units 54 that are provided between the plurality of input terminals and the plurality of output terminals. The latch unit 54 includes: a latch circuit 56a of a type that is connected with one of the input terminals and one of the output terminals; and a latch circuit 56b of a type that is connected with two or more of the input terminals and two or more of the output terminals.</p> |
