<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser radar device using a laser beam, which is capable of reducing non-uniformity for distance, when using a device which provides the deflection angle versus time like a sine wave, as deflecting means for scanning.SOLUTION: A laser radar device includes: a laser beam source 1; first deflecting means 4 which emits a laser beam 20 from the laser beam source 20 while deflecting it in a first scanning direction; and second deflecting means 5 which emits a part of the deflected laser beam while re-deflecting it. Scanning is performed by the deflected laser beam and the re-deflected laser beam. The laser beam source 1 emits the laser beam 20 being a collimated beam in the first scanning direction, and the first deflecting means 4 varies the deflection angle of the laser beam like a sine wave with respect to time in the first scanning direction, and the second deflecting means 5 re-deflects a laser beam included in a first deflection angle range out of a part of the deflected laser beam, toward a scanning object range corresponding to a range other than the first range.</p> |
