<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label printer capable of easily switching a normal issuance state and a peeling issuance state.SOLUTION: A label printer comprises: a printer body 13; and a cover 11 openably/closably provided to the printer body 13, in which the printer body 13 comprises: a support part 19 having a recess 19A; and a lack mechanism 20 provided near the support part 19, the cover 11 comprises: a platen roller 24; a nip roller 26 arranged by contacting the platen roller 24; and a peeling plate 28 which peels a label 16B from a belt-like mount 16A, and transmits the peeled label 16B outside the printer body 13, when the cover 11 is closed, the platen roller 24 is fitted to the recess 19A of the support part 19 at its shank 24A, the nip roller 26 engages into the lack mechanism 20 and rotates at its gear part 26B until fitting.</p> |
