The invention is directed to a kit of a hanging system. The hanging system comprises one or more rails (49, 49a). The kit comprises one or more locking elements (1, 1a, 11), one or more connecting pieces (21) and one or more ceiling attachments (33). The kit may be used for hanging curtains (57) from a rail (49, 49a). Each locking element (1, 1a, 11) and each connecting piece (21) are either used separately or together. Each ceiling attachment (33) is always used together with a locking element (1, 1a, 11). The locking element (1, 1a, 11) is either used to connect two rails (49, 49a) to each other or to attach the connecting piece (2) to the rail (49, 49a) and to lock the connecting piece (21) in a desired position in the rail (49, 49a). |
