FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shaped nozzle (10) for roller press for processing of loose material at high pressure. Nozzle material is a ferrous alloy with high content of chromium. Surface shaping (12) is performed immediately at casting or in further honing or surface turning. For nozzle making, cylindrical hollow body is produced by static centrifugal casting and axial lengthwise grooves are made on its surface. Nozzle material is a ferrous alloy with high content of chromium.
