FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: water treatment plant based on thawed water production comprises the water freezing zones located in series in one longitudinal vessel 1, admixtures displacement from ice front, and admixtures concentration in form of brine, water transformation from solid state to liquid. In the freezing zone a ring freezing chamber 2 is installed, after it drive of longitudinal movement of frozen rod 3 is installed, it is in form of tooth rollers 4. In the admixtures displacement zone the disconnection device 6 is installed at centre of the frozen rod, after the device a ring heating element 11 is installed. In bottom part of the longitudinal vessel 1 the separating branches are installed to drain brine and thawed water. Drive is provided with amplifier of frozen rod movement in form of endless tape 15 and has drive kinematically connected with rotation of the tooth rollers 4. Position of the endless tape 15 relatively to the longitudinal vessel is ensured by tension rollers 16. The rotation drive of the tooth rollers 4 is movement drive of the endless tape 15. The drive roller 17 is connected with V-belt drive 18 with one of tooth rollers 4. The endless tape 15 is connected with drive roller 17 by pressing element by means of the resilient element 21. Two pressure rollers 19 are used as pressing device, the rollers are installed on the rocking arm cantilevers connected with the resilient element.EFFECT: higher capacity of water treatment plant.1 dwg |
