FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the area of gas mixtures separation by means of membranes and production of commercial helium, it may be used in gas, oil, chemical and other industries. The method of helium recovery from natural gas includes helium recovery from a feed gas at two stages of a membrane unit, wherein the second stage consists of the first and second sections; the stages and sections have areas of low and high pressure; the area of high pressure at the first stage of the membrane unit is communicated from one side to a feed gas pipeline with the feed gas heated preliminarily in a heat exchanger and from the other side to the pipeline discharging the pre-treated natural gas with the low helium content; the area of low pressure at the first section at the second stage of the membrane unit is connected by the penetrated gas discharge pipeline, where the first vacuum pump is installed in order to ensure the helium recovery degree and the second compressor with the commercial helium production unit.EFFECT: invention allows increasing the degree of helium recovery from natural gas.3 cl, 1 dwg |
