FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Magnet core, in particular, for rotor and stator of electric motor, has several layers of metal sheet or metal wire. The layers are placed in spiral or helical fashion. In order to increase accuracy of the magnet core geometry, in particular, of its generatrixes, mass force of some layers is bigger than elastic force of metal sheet or metal wire acting between layers in direction of the magnet core axis. In particular this is attained due to winding of metal sheet or metal wire. Between layers in the area of surfaces joining edge burrs are necked in or sealed in and are placed at least in spots in this area.EFFECT: simplified fabrication and increased accuracy of dimensions.13 cl, 6 dwg |
