FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices and methods maintaining contact of steam with fluid. The device for fluid collection and distribution installed in the column comprised of outer casing and inner area wherein mass transfer and/or thermal exchange takes place, comprises a fluid collecting tank passing across inner area of the column and containing multitude of collecting channels passing in longitudinal direction in parallel to each other in order to collect fluid descending within limits of the column inner area, at that collecting channels have drains to discharge fluid collected by collecting channels; at least one frame passing across inner area of the column and having opposite ends supported by the column casing, moreover the frame is placed under fluid collecting tank and supports it; fluid distributor is placed under the frame and supported by the latter; and inner fluid passage formed in the frame and designed to receive fluid discharged from outlets of the collecting channels and to transport it to the fluid distributor.EFFECT: invention allows maintenance of the fluid collecting tank, packing material layer and fluid distributor without supporting structures for each of the above elements.20 cl, 12 dwg |
