PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the control of pH concentration by properly mixing strongly acidic electrolytic water with strongly alkaline electrolytic water.SOLUTION: When strongly alkaline electrolytic water supplied into a casing 5 of a mixing device 4 from an electrolytic water generator through external piping 2 is made to selectively flow through one of a discharge pipeline 17 and a mixing pipeline 18, the flow direction of the strongly alkaline electrolytic water is easily selected by operating an operation part 16A of a three-way valve 16 from the outside of the casing 5. When the strongly alkaline electrolytic water is made to flow into the mixing pipeline 18, a needle valve 19 provided in the middle of the mixing pipeline 18 is operated from the outside of the casing 5. Consequently, the flow rate of the strongly alkaline electrolytic water can be variably controlled, and the mixing ratio of the strongly alkaline electrolytic water and strongly acidic electrolytic water can be easily adjusted. |
