PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job management system configured to properly calculate the number of job logs by sheet brand, even when detail sheet information is changed.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 2 of a job management system associates a sheet brand identifier with a sheet name, records the number of sheets used in an executed job, as a job history, by the sheet brand identifier, and notifies management systems 4, 7 of identification information for identifying the latest job history, an updated sheet name and sheet brand identifier, when a correspondence relationship between the sheet brand identifier and the sheet name is updated. The management systems 4, 7 manages the sheet brand identifier of the image forming apparatus 2 and the sheet name in association with each other, on the basis of the notification from the image forming apparatus 2, and calculates the number of sheet by the former sheet name, by use of the job history information and the identification information. |
