PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation and recovery device which can separate a plate material into a component, an internal cut piece located on the inside of the component, and an edge cut piece located on the edge side of the component, and can take out the component efficiently and continuously, and to provide a take-out method of the component using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a separation and recovery device 100 which comprises: a laser blanking device 10 for cutting a flat plate material X with a laser beam and separating the plate material X into the component X1, an internal cut piece X2 located in isolation on the inside of the component X1, and an edge cut piece X3 located while being opened on the side of the component X1; a first transport conveyor 20 for making the edge cut piece X3 fall into a scrap chute P while transporting the component X1, the internal cut piece X2, and the edge cut piece X3; a robot 30 for taking out and removing the internal cut piece X2 on the first transport conveyor 20; and a second transport conveyor 40 for transporting the component X1. There is also provided a take-out method of the component X1 using the device. |
