<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flexibility of the manufacturing process even if an inert fluid is injected into a sealing space in which an organic EL element is stored.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic EL panel 100 includes the steps of: temporarily closing an opening part 18c in a manner that the opening part 18c does not protrude to the outer side of a sealing substrate 18 before a step where an inert fluid 21 is injected; opening the opening part 18c and injecting the inert fluid 21 into a sealing space S through the opening part 18c; and closing the opening part 18c again.</p> |
