PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a temperature of an induction coil without providing a temperature sensor in a roll main body.SOLUTION: An induction heating roller device comprises: a DC voltage application part 61 controlling a DC power supply 7 to apply a DC voltage to an induction coil 32 intermittently; a resistance value calculation part 62 calculating a resistance value of the induction coil 32 from the DC voltage applied by the DC voltage application part 61 and a DC current flowing in the induction coil 32; a relation data storage part 63 storing relation data indicating a resistance value-temperature relation between the resistance value of the induction coil 32 and the temperature of the induction coil 32; and a coil temperature calculation part 64 calculating the temperature of the induction coil 32 from the resistance value obtained by the resistance value calculation part 62 and the resistance value-temperature relation indicated by the relation data.
