<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication pattern to be authenticated by an existing fingerprint authentication device, and a method of generating the same.SOLUTION: An authentication pattern (50) includes: a pseudo-ridge pattern (10) formed at a predetermined pitch (P); and at least one pseudo-feature point formed in a position selected at random in the pseudo-ridge pattern (10).
