<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine, an automatic vending system and an automatic vending method capable of surely notifying a clerk of information about possibility that assistance is needed for a customer in front of the automatic vending machine irrespective of presence/no presence of a 'call' button, raising customer's satisfaction, or improving an operation rate of the machine by raising possibility that the assistance of the clerk can be obtained for the customer who needs the assistance.SOLUTION: In an automatic vending machine 10, a trigger of vending start to be a premise of vending processing is detected by state detection means 13, whether or not a prescribed condition, for example, a fact that non-operation time becomes equal to or longer than a fixed value, is established is determined by condition establishment determination means 14 when a condition to be the premise of the vending processing is detected, and notification trigger signal output means 15 outputs a trigger signal to be a trigger of notification to a notification device 50 when it is determined that the prescribed condition is established.</p> |
