<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a booklet with excellent workmanship and simplify a device configuration in a case in which punch processing and staple processing are performed.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device 200 comprises a stack part 220, an alignment member 230, a punch part 260 and a staple part 270. The punch part 260, the staple part 270 and the alignment member 230 are provided in the same stack part 220. When paper P is equal to or less than a prescribed length X and the binding capacity number exceeds the punch penetration number, division punch processing is performed. A paper bundle PB to which the first division punch processing is performed is stacked by an intermediate stopper 240, and transferred to a staple position after the punch processing to be stacked by a discharge part 226. Then, a paper bundle PB to which the second division punch processing is performed is stacked by the intermediate stopper 240, and transferred to the staple position after the punch processing to be stacked by the discharge part 226. Then, staple processing is performed to the paper bundles PB, PB stacked by the discharge part 226 to form a booklet.</p> |
