<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyor that facilitates replacement of a return roller.SOLUTION: A guide rail 2 is disposed at a longitudinal predetermined interval position below a return side belt a in a belt conveyor A. Each end of the guide rail is supported by a conveyor frame 3 through support means B so that the guide rail swings in the longitudinal direction of the belt. A stand 10 is provided which projects upward from a tip end and a terminal end of a cylindrical slider 9 detachably fitted from a terminal end to a tip end of the guide rail. Both ends of a support shaft of a return roller 11 are detachably held to the stand. A holding notch is provided which supports the slider at a lower end of an arm 20 suspended from the other side of the conveyor frame with being fitted with the terminal end of the slider from one side to the other side in the longitudinal direction of the belt. Stopper means 16 is provided which maintains the standing of the stand in accordance with completion of fitting of the slider. Locking means C is provided which prevents the slider from escaping.</p> |
