The present invention provides a guide RNA capable of recognizing AAVS1 in canine cells, a composition containing the same, and a method for producing a canine cell line capable of stably expressing a foreign gene using the same. The foreign gene can be stably expressed in the canine cell line by using the present invention. Therefore, the present invention can be favorably used for the studies of diagnostic and therapeutic purposes using genes, and can be further applied to the production of cell lines expressing proteins useful to people. |
