A method for handling a mould comprising a hollow body and a lid is presented. The hollow body has a first opening and a second opening, and the lid is arranged to be placed in an inner space of said hollow body such that a cheese can be held by said mould. The method comprises removing said lid from said hollow body, releasing said cheese from said mould, and cleaning said hollow body. |
