FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: articulated joint of pipes includes made at the pipe ends bell at one side, and ball element at another side. On the internal surface of the bell a lead-in chamfer is made, on it cylindrical surface is made, on it first ring slot is located to install the elastic lining and steel lock ring. On the spherical internal surface of the bell a second ring slot is located for the shaped rubber ring seal. On the ball element a detachable cuff is installed, it comprises arc-like segments. Each segment has at one end the lead-in section, at the another it has curvilinear shoulder for interaction with steel lock ring. The arc-like segments of the detachable scuff are connected with each other by lock elements. On the external surface of each arc-like segment at least two cavities and two through radial holes are made to install the lock devices for the detachable scuff securing on the ball element. The lock device is made in form of the spring-loaded lever rigidly connected with the rod. The rod is located above the ruing groove of the ball element with possibility of vertical movement.EFFECT: scuff holding on the ball element, exclusion of misalignment of the scuff and ball element position at the assemblage beginning.5 dwg |
