In the initial position, the lower edge (70, 71) of the upper part (2) passes under the opening (17) in the lower part (3), and the upper part (2) is provided with a window (72) corresponding to the opening (17). In the initial position, the window (72) relative to the opening (17) in the lower part (3) is in a position located above the opening (17) so that the opening (17) at least partially closed.
