FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary pelletised solid materials with the function of their transfer. Rotary machine (1) for drying of pelletised solid materials comprises rotary drive (3) with spinning screw (6) for transfer of pellets of solid materials. Said rotary mechanism (3) is provided with perforated spinning part (7) arranged around said spinning screw 6 to remove free fluids by centrifugal force from the surface of pelletised solid materials. in compliance with first version, machine (1) comprises at least one fluid discharge channel (23) connected with fluid collection chamber (16). Note here that said discharge channel (23) has angular position varied by fluid collection chamber rotation relative to chamber (8) for collection of solid materials. Note here that fluid discharge channel (23) allow discharging the fluid resulted from machine spinning.EFFECT: continuous operation, efficient fluid separation without damage of pelletised solid materials.12 cl, 30 dwg |
