PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress equipment costs included in initial costs of a power plant and an installation space.SOLUTION: Demineralization facilities are shared by a first turbine cycle and a second turbine cycle by: connecting water flow inlet portions of a plurality of demineralization vessels 2a through 2e to a water supply path of a unit 1 system provided with demineralization vessel inlet valves 5a through 5e and a water supply path of a unit 2 system provided with demineralization vessel inlet valves 5a through 5e; connecting water flow outlet portions of the plurality of demineralization vessels 2a through 2e to an outlet path of the unit 1 system provided with demineralization vessel outlet valves 8a through 8e and an outlet path of the unit 2 system provided with demineralization vessel outlet valves 8a through 8e; connecting the water supply path and the outlet path of the unit 1 system to the first turbine cycle; and connecting the water supply path and the outlet path of the unit 2 system to the second turbine cycle.
