PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve identification accuracy of an endoscope image diagnosis support system.SOLUTION: An endoscope image diagnosis support system (100) comprises: a storage device (10) which stores an image group for learning classified into each pathology type in advance; and a processing device (20) to which an endoscope image is given and which identifies each pathology type in an identification object region by performing feature amount matching between an image of the identification object region in the endoscope image and the image group for learning. The processing device (20) calculates the identification probability of each pathology type in the identification object region and each segmented region by performing feature amount matching between images of the identification object region and each segmented region of the identification object region and the image group for learning, and calculates an average value of the identification probability of each pathology type in the identification object region and each segmented region as the identification probability of each pathology type in a hierarchical overlapping region of the identification object region and each segmented region. |
