PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more practical fuel cell.SOLUTION: A fuel cell according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: an anode including a catalyst oxidizing hydrogen in fuel; a cathode including a catalyst reducing oxygen in gas; and a proton conductor disposed between the anode and the cathode. The proton conductor has a perovskite crystal structure represented by compositional formula: ABB'O, where an element of A is an alkali earth metal and is included in a value of (a) in a range of 0.4<a<0.9, the (a) representing a composition ratio of the element, and an element of B' is a trivalent element of the group 3 and the group 13 and is included in a value of x in a range of 0.2<x<0.6, the x representing a composition ratio of the element. |
