PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power controller of power generation system including a wind power generator requiring no equipment such as high speed Diesel power generator.SOLUTION: The electric power controller includes: a wind power generator output limit determination section that determines a first output limit timing of a wind power generator driven by a wind mill based on a detected cutout wind velocity which represents a wind velocity as a wind mill allowable load; a fuel power generator control section that increases the output of a fuel power generator for making up the output of the wind power generator based on the determination at a predetermined ratio; and a WTG output control section that lowers the output of the wind power generator to a predetermined value based on the determination so that the total value of the output value of the wind power generator and the output value of the fuel power generator becomes an output value of the wind power generator before the determination.
