PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded lighting device in which heat conduction is inhibited between a lamp fitting body and a power source part.SOLUTION: An embedded lighting device 100 is embedded in an attachment hole H of a ceiling C serving as an attachment surface to be installed therein. The embedded lighting device 100 includes: a lamp fitting body 11 having a light source part 21; a power source part 51 which supplies electric power to the light source part 21; and a holding member 61 which holds the power source part 51 at the lateral side of the lamp fitting body 11 and attaches the power source part 51 to the lamp fitting body 11. The holding member 61 is attached to the lamp fitting body 11 so as to make point contact with the lamp fitting body 11.
