PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module capable of reducing the occurrence of cracks of a glass substrate when performing laminate processing and also reducing the occurrence of peeling off from a photoelectric conversion part of a wiring conductor due to change in outdoor air temperature.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion module comprises: a first substrate 3; a photoelectric conversion part 1 provided on a main surface of the first substrate 3; a belt-like conductor 14 provided on at least a part of the outer peripheral part of the photoelectric conversion part 1; a second substrate 13 having a main surface opposite to the main surface of the first substrate 3; and a filling material 12 filled between the first substrate 3 and the main surface opposite to the second substrate 13. The main surface of the second substrate 13 has a belt-like first region A opposite to the conductor 14 and a belt-like recess 16 along the first region A. |
