PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute remote display via a substitute image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: In an image forming system 100, when an image forming apparatus 200a is remotely connected from a remote control panel 300b during setting on the image forming apparatus 200a, a remote control panel 300a disconnects from the image forming apparatus 200a and connects to an image forming apparatus 200b to transmit stored operation setting information. The image forming apparatus 200b takes over the setting on the image forming apparatus 200a from the remote control panel 300a, on the basis of the operation setting information of the remote control panel 300a, to perform remote display on the remote control panel 300a. The remote control panel 300a continues setting on the image forming apparatus 200a in response to the remote display from the image forming apparatus 200b. |
