The present invention makes it possible to carry out real-time communication using a web browser even without installing specialized software in a terminal. This real-time communication device converts input information, which has been transmitted from a user terminal (2) and has been input by a user, into the data format of a real-time communication server, and transmits said information to the real-time communication server. Each time the real-time communication device receives transmitted information from the real-time communication server, the real-time communication device specifies, on the basis of session information that is associated with information identifying connection with the user terminal, with an access token issued for the connection with the user terminal, and with information identifying connection with the real-time communication server, the destination user terminal for the transmitted information, converts the transmitted information into the data format of the web browser of the user terminal, and sequentially transmits said information to the specified user terminal. |
