FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device intended for heaping material on water bottom or equipment like underwater pipeline. Device comprises ship (1) provided with release pipe (7) to heap material on water bottom. Steering device (5) is adapted for controlling over release pipe displacement relatively to water bottom. First tracing means (30) is adapted for tracing the condition of water bottom. Second tracing means (32) is adapted for tracing the location of steering device relatively to the bottom. Computer is adapted for generating control signals for displacement of steering device on the basis of data received from the first and/or second tracing means.
