PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that aligns triangular multiple food dough cut pieces on a transfer conveyor accurately and fast.SOLUTION: An aligning device includes: an upstream conveyor 10 for conveying triangular food dough cut pieces; a downstream conveyor 20 with a conveyance speed faster than that in the upstream conveyor; a separation device 30 for separating multiple food dough cut pieces lined up in one line in a conveying direction and right angle direction from a line of the following food dough cut pieces, and transferring them from the upstream conveyor to the downstream conveyor; an expanding/rotating device 40 for expanding the multiple food dough cut pieces lined up in one line so as to have a predetermined interval in the direction perpendicular to a conveying direction, and rotating them by a predetermined angle in a predetermined direction; and a detection device 60 for detecting the food dough cut pieces.
