PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for an incident which needs to be dealt with efficiently in incident management.SOLUTION: An incident management system 12 has a search history database 17, an incident database 15, a search history management part 18, and an incident search display part 16. The search history database 17 stores search conditions of an incident inputted from outside. The incident database 15 stores incidents transmitted by equipment to be monitored. The search history management part 18 ranks the search conditions stored to the search history database. The incident search display part 16 reorders the search condition ranked by the search history management part in order of rank and outputs them. |
