PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pass filter circuit having a lower cut-off frequency compared with prior art, that can be configured without increasing the circuit area and without requiring any external component.SOLUTION: A high-pass filter circuit includes a capacitor to which an input signal is inputted, a resistor connected between the output terminal of the capacitor and a predetermined bias voltage, and a signal output circuit connected with the output terminal of the capacitor and outputting the input signal while buffering and amplifying. In the high-pass filter circuit, the resistor is constituted to include two PN junction diodes formed on a SOI semiconductor substrate, and connected in parallel in the reverse direction. The potential difference between the anode and cathode of the two PN junction diodes is substantially 0. |
