PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position a treatment instrument from outside for a treatment position in a body cavity determined by the observation from inside, and accurately treat the determined treatment position.SOLUTION: An operations system 1 includes: a first medical device 2 disposed inside a body cavity, including an observation part 22 for observing a body cavity and a marker part 23 that can be positioned with respect to the body cavity; a second medical device 4 disposed outside the body cavity, including a treatment part 42 for giving treatment to the body cavity, and a drive part 44 for driving the treatment part 42; a distance measurement part 8 for measuring distance between the marker part 23 and the treatment part 42; and a control part 61 for controlling the drive part 44 based on the distance measured by the distance measurement part 8. |
