The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the time required to clean an inkjet head. A printing device (1) is configured so as to be able to clean using either of the following methods: a first cleaning method in which ink suctioning is carried out at the same time for all heads (H) provided to an inkjet head (10); or a second cleaning method in which ink suctioning is carried out one head at a time for one or a plurality of the heads (H) provided to the inkjet head (10). A control unit (50) switches the cleaning method of the inkjet head (10) to either the first cleaning method or the second cleaning method. |
