Provided is a control valve capable of preventing or restraining a locking of an operating valve due to an inflow of foreign materials contained in a fluid to a sliding part. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control valve comprises: a valve body (33) being in contact with a valve hole (18) to open and close a valve part; an operation rod (50) with which the valve body (33) is integrated and supported on a guide hole (26) to be slid; and an actuator to apply a driving force to the operation rod (50) in a direction where the valve part is opened and closed. A surface of the operation rod (50) slid with the guide hole is coated with a softer material than metal.
