The present invention provides a method to manufacture an aluminum alloy sheet having high formability, comprising: a step of rolling an aluminum alloy sheet at two speeds in a space between an upper and a lower roll having different rotating speeds, wherein a draft percentage is in a range of 45-55%; a speed of the lower roll is in a range of 2.7-6.2 meters per minute (mpm); and a ratio of the lower roll to the upper roll is 1:1.7-4.3. According to the present invention, an aluminum alloy sheet has high quality and formability as a bending, twisting, or sliding of the sheet after the two speed rolling can be eliminated. The aluminum alloy sheet is applicable to packaging materials (CAN/PET) and an exterior sheet for a vehicle.
